This morning, the Huihui Foundation held an open day event
at the one-stop integrated community service center in Scarborough, Huihui,
and held a celebration event of “Thousands of Cares from You” at the same time.
Hundreds of people in charge, including community leaders,

At the event, Liang Lexin, the chief executive director of the Huihui Foundation
shared the latest service development of the institution at the event.
The main contents include the Huihui specialist medical clinic,
adult night care services,
and development of long-term residential services.
She said: Since the opening of the Huihui Specialized Medical Clinic in 2008,
a number of new specialists have been added,
covering geriatrics, cardiology, nephrology, thoracic,

ophthalmology, and sensitive departments.
Adult night care mainly serves the elderly living in Markham.
Professional caregivers arrange
their diet and daily living,
and provide shuttle services.
The provincial government has now accepted applications
for 7,500 long-term residential care units in new institutions.
And Huihui also plans to build a long-term home
with 96 beds in the center of Wenshan, Liezhi.
The Huihui Foundation Chairman Cai Benjian said that
the Huihui Comprehensive Community Service integrates medical care,
community and nursing,
providing comprehensive and thoughtful care services
for people with complex care needs.
He also mentioned that the club is preparing funding for reconstruction
and new service plans, and called on everyone to support
the Huihui foundation in developing long-term residential services.
And Huihui also received the support of caring people in the community,
such as PATSY, Huang Li’an, and other industries.
When talking about why they support Huihui, Huang Lian said:
“Because they are very professional and worthy of everyone’s trust. ”
Huihui will be a non-profit charitable community service organization.
It was established in 1976.
It will work with the Huihui Family Medical Center established in 2007
and the Huihui Foundation established in 2006
to serve community elders
and other vulnerable groups.
It provides a full range of services
such as disease prevention, basic medical care,
short-term rehabilitation care, mental health, well-being,
and community services. The average number of services is 60,000 per year.
