Catherine McKenna, who has just been
been re-elected as a member of parliament and former president
of the Liberal Party’s environment, said on Thursday that
she had been smeared at the glass window
of her campaign office in the center of Ottawa at night,
Apply a rough word for a woman who is degrading
and she was alarmed.
She stressed that no matter who this is,
no one can stop women’s determination to participate in politics.
When the staff came to work at the
constituency office at 8:45 am on Thursday,
they found that on the McNair head
of the front door glass window of the office,
they were painted with red paint and they were alarmed.
McKenna told reporters on Thursday that
she could not find a suitable vocabulary
to describe the person who made this kind of thing.
This is exactly the same as tweaking on Twitter, and it needs to be stopped.
A number of politicians have supported McKenna in the aftermath,
including Ontario Governor Doug Ford,
who tweeted the graffiti incident as disgusting,
and Canada will never allow such hatred.
Despite the differences of opinion,
we always respect each other.
